Your Health Reset
This is a great way to get unstuck if you’ve plateaued or to “level up” your commitment to new healthy practices. You come with a specific focus, challenge, or area of curiosity, and together we work through the process of applying it to your lifestyle.
Length: 4-6 weeks, includes four 60-minute sessions
Your Stay on Track Accountability Program
You know what you need to do and have been doing it, but want some help in making it stick for the long haul.
Length: 6 months, includes six monthly 45-minute sessions or 12 months, includes twelve monthly 45-minute sessions
Your Custom Wellness Journey
We explore your wellness vision from a multidimensional health perspective. We’ll craft specific goals, identify what's standing in your way, and work together to find solutions to overcome barriers to the healthy lifestyle you desire.
Length: 8 weeks, includes one 90-minute onboarding session plus four biweekly 60-minute sessions
Option to extend 4 or 8 weeks, if desired.
All coaching programs include access to resource materials and private, secure messaging with your coach outside of 1:1 sessions.
